This track offers four workshops essential for success in sales. Students will learn effective sales strategies to achieve goals, as well as perfect their pitching skills. This way, they will be able to do convincing presentations and build negotiation skills to close successful deals. They will be able to apply all of this in practice during a dynamic simulation game in the final workshop.

Sales Strategies
Understand effective selling: value creation, problem-solving and relationship building. Compare B2B and B2C approaches with STP, build customer profiles, identify pain points, and use the value proposition canvas. Covers the sales funnel from prospecting to follow-up with techniques like lead generation, questioning and FAB-selling.

Learn the essentials of online business: how e-commerce differs from offline models, the B2C, B2B and D2C structures, and the customer journey from awareness to repurchase.
