Microsoft Cloud Computing Workshop
What's the workshop about?
This 2.5‑hour workshop takes participants on a practical journey from cloud & edge computing fundamentals to containerized Generative AI applications running on Microsoft Azure. We combine clear explanations with a hands‑on demo to show how modern cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, and GenAI fit together in real‑world scenarios.
Participants will explore how Azure enables scalable cloud solutions, how edge computing and data sovereignty influence architectural choices, and how containerization is used to package and deploy applications consistently. The session culminates in a live demo where a Generative AI application is containerized, published to a cloud repository, and deployed on Azure - bringing all concepts together.
