Women in Leadership

Women in Leadership is an inspiring panel discussion that explores the realities, challenges,

and triumphs of women in leadership positions across diverse industries. Through candid

conversations with highly accomplished female leaders, this event addresses the systemic

barriers, personal experiences, and strategic choices that shape women's paths to the top.

The evening covers a wide range of topics, from navigating gender biases and breaking glass

ceilings, to fostering diversity and building inclusive workplace cultures. Students of all

genders are invited to gain fresh perspectives on what authentic leadership looks like, how to

recognize and challenge unconscious bias, and what it truly takes to create meaningful change

in today's professional world. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear personal stories, engage

with thought-provoking discussions, and submit their own questions to the panel.

The event closes with a networking reception, offering students the chance to

continue conversations with the speakers and representatives from leading organizations

in a more informal setting. By combining personal narratives with actionable insights,

Women in Leadership aims to inspire a new generation of leaders who

are equipped to challenge the status quo and drive

progress toward genuine equality in leadership.
