This 10-week student consulting project focuses on analyzing and solving the problem of fibre optic cables left in Ukrainian agricultural fields by Russian kamikaze drones. The goal is to assess the market potential, define the main reasons for decontamination, and develop an 18-month go-to-market roadmap linked to a basic three-year financial analysis. Students will contribute to a socially relevant challenge with direct impact on Ukraine’s reconstruction.
