This project offers you the chance to dive into how strategic decisions are prepared in the construction sector. Over ten weeks, you will analyse the strategic position of De Peuter NV within industrial construction and assess whether investing in internal production capabilities makes economic and strategic sense.

Your work includes market research, competitor analysis, developing alternative production and organisational scenarios and preparing an indicative investment and feasibility assessment. The final outcome is a set of well‑supported strategic recommendations for the company’s management.  

The Company


De Peuter NV is a Belgian industrial construction firm known for its strong execution and long‑term partnerships across a wide range of industrial projects. As the company looks ahead, it is exploring whether bringing certain production activities in‑house, such as steel fabrication or prefab concrete, could strengthen its competitive position and support future growth.
